Abram and his family were idol worshippers, but God called him out of his father’s house because of the grace and mercies of God to walk before him perfect and He changed His name to Abraham.
The attached promise was to bless him and through him, generations after him would be blessed.
At a point in time God told Abraham that his descendants would go into slavery for 400 years after which He would judge the nation that would take them captive.
After 400 years, the situation tarried; however, at 430 years, the Israelites started crying out to God in the land of Egypt for deliverance from slavery and oppression.
God then called Moses while he was taking care of sheep in the wilderness to go and deliver his people.
And the Lord said, I have surely seen the affliction of my people which are in Egypt, and have heard their cry by reason of their taskmasters; for I know their sorrows;
Today, I want you to understand this: God wants you to know that no matter how long your situation has tarried,
- He has seen
- He has heard
- and He knows
God is visiting whatever situation you are going through right now in Jesus Name.
